    Processing of Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original method of payment. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee as outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any service prior to the commencement of work. After the start of work, cancellations may incur charges for any services already performed up to that point. To cancel a service, you must notify us via email at support@glotiousys.com. The cancellation policy is subject to the following conditions:

  • Before Work Commences: Full refund, subject to our review and approval.
  • After Work Commences: If work has started but is incomplete, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitation of Liability for Refunds and Cancellations

Glotiousys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the cancellation or refund of services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service that is eligible for a refund.
