The Business Development Executive (IT Projects) will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities in the IT sector. This individual will focus on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored IT solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully bringing in new projects.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for our digital marketing, tech, and consulting solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate quality leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute effective sales strategies that meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to optimize our sales approach.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, updates, and performance reports to management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or tech solutions. Freshers are also acceptable.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, Ability to build and maintain relationships, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of adapting to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Technology-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools is a plus.
    Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and results-driven.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
